I am Marie, the blogger behind The Interior Frugalista. I started blogging in November 2012 with the intention of sharing DIY projects around our humble abode with family and friends. It remained a hobby blog until September 2014 when making the decision to turn it into a business. I remain grateful for the ongoing expansion of readership and growth of the blog and extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you, my readers.

The Interior Frugalista is a blog about Repurpose*Refinish*DIY on a budget. From Furniture & Home Decor Makeovers, Home Improvement Projects, and Seasonal Crafts, of which most include a tutorial.

Security FAQ:

Question: Why does The Interior Frugalista not use an SSL encryption (https)?
Answer: I understand your concern for the security of your private information. This website is built on the Blogger platform and unfortunately, blogger doesn't support SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) on custom domains that don't have a "blogspot" in their web address. But this shouldn't affect your browsing experience as I do not do any e-commerce transactions on this site. All affiliate links are handled directly through the affiliate's website.

Question: Will you ever consider adding an SSL on your website?
Answer: Yes! It's one of the top things on my list. As soon as blogger enables SSL on custom domains, I will make sure everything is served through SSL.
