Talk Of The Town Party 179

This week served as a reminder that I'm no longer a spring chicken. We've been helping our daughter move into their first home and holy crap, the old knees, hip, back, and shoulders ain't what they used to be. And I was mostly watching the grandkids! LOL

Mr. Frugalista and I would come home in the evening and plop ourselves on the sofa with heating pads, ice packs, and went through a large tube of extra strength Voltaren in a week! Oh to be young again

  2. Aging certainly isn't for sissies. Five years ago I would get bored with doing something, but never really felt tired, like I needed to rest. Not anymore. I hope next week is easier for you

    1. In my head I'm still in my 30's but my body is screaming otherwise, especially my left problem knee. Thankfully the last of the move was finished yesterday. You're right, Leanna, aging isn't for sissies!
