How To Quickly Update A 1970s Coppercraft Guild Mirror

Remember the ever so popular Coppercraft wall decor from the 70s?  During a trip to Goodwill recently I found a guild mirror for under $5. I was drawn to the mix of textures and knew painted a bright color, those details would pop. So today I'm sharing how to quickly update a 1970s Coppercraft guild mirror in bright colors, like turquoise.

Upcycled Vintage 70s Coppercraft Guild Mirror

I know there are folks who collect Coppercraft wall decor and would be appalled that I painted the mirror. But there are others who love mid-century decor updated to work with current decorating styles. A case in point is this upcycled Coppercraft mirror that sold very quickly.
